Client moved in ready for Christmas!

We wrapped up another successful project just in time for Christmas. Our Hortop project, a complete main floor renovation, brought smiles to Emily’s face. New Layout, New kitchen, New bathroom, fresh floors, lots of odds and ends all completed in 3 weeks to have her back in her home for Christmas! We worked hard with a tight schedule so our client didn’t have to spend Christmas in a hotel– a home makeover that spread holiday cheer! We’re not just about bricks and mortar; we’re about solutions where all parties win!

Switching over to our investments – we’ve been busy at work! The coach house project is taking shape, adding a third unit to our property. As we usher in the first month of the year, January becomes a symbolic canvas on which we can paint the aspirations, resolutions, and dreams that will shape the next twelve months. It’s a time for reflection on the past and a time to embrace the possibilities that lie ahead. In this article, we’ll explore the significance of January and how we can harness its energy to foster personal and collective growth.

  1. **Reflection on the Past Year:**

January invites us to look back on the year that has just ended. What were the highs and lows? What lessons did we learn? Reflecting on the past allows us to acknowledge our achievements, learn from our mistakes, and set a strong foundation for the journey ahead.

  1. **Setting Intentions and Resolutions:**

The beginning of the year is synonymous with resolutions. While many resolutions may fade away as the year progresses, the act of setting intentions is a powerful practice. Whether it’s focusing on personal well-being, professional development, or building stronger relationships, setting clear intentions provides a roadmap for the year.

  1. **Embracing Change:**

January is a time of transition, both in nature and in our lives. The winter season brings a sense of quiet reflection and the opportunity to embrace change. It’s a reminder that change is a constant, and our ability to adapt and grow is essential for a fulfilling life. As we set goals for the year, we must also be open to the unexpected paths that may lead us to new opportunities and experiences.

January is not just a month on the calendar; it’s a season of possibilities and a canvas on which we can paint the picture of our future. By reflecting on the past, setting intentions, embracing change, cultivating a growth mindset, building healthy habits, and fostering connections, we can make the most of the opportunities that January brings. As we embark on this new year, let us approach it with optimism, resilience, and a commitment to personal and collective growth.

That’s a wrap for January’s newsletter! We’re thrilled to share these moments and milestones with you. As we embark on a new year, we’re grateful for your support and excited about the adventures ahead.

Stay warm, stay connected, and here’s to a fantastic 2024!

Competitive Risk-Adjusted Returns

Real estate returns vary, depending on factors such as location, asset class, and management. Still, a number that many investors aim for is to beat the average returns of the S&P 500—what many people refer to when they say, “the market.”
